Admission Guidelines

Submitting the application form offline:

  • The candidates should read the instruction carefully before filling up the application form
  • Each candidate should fill in the application form in Blue/Black ink ball point pen in his/her own handwriting.
  • Each candidate is required to submit the following documents along with his/her application form.

      Self Attested Mark Sheet
    2. 2
      Self Attested Passing Certificate
    3. 3
      School Leaving Certificate
    4. 4
      Copy of Migration Certificate

    *At this stage please do not send any original copies, as anything submitted will not be returned.

  • The candidates are requested to submit the application form, demand draft /cheque and the documents in an envelope. Kindly indicate the title and the code of the program on the envelope.
  • In case of out of station candidates are requested to enclose a self addressed stamped envelope (4”X8”) along with the application form.
  • Note that no change in the particulars of the application form will be entertained under any circumstances.
  • The form cost will not be refunded for any reason what so ever.
  • Please ensure to mention your email address, contact number as the admission office will use this as the primary mode of communication.
  • Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit their application form complete in all respect.
  • Submission of all his/her any attempt to influence the admission process by way of recommendation will invite disqualification of the candidate.
  • Disha Academy reserves the rights for selection of candidates.
  • The selection will be strictly made on the basis of the candidates fulfilling of the requisite qualifications and all the required documents.
  • The candidates are required to pay all the fess either in the Bank A/C or a demand draft / Cheque.
  • On failure to pay the fee on time will lead to cancelation of the admission.
  • Disha Academy reserves the right to revise the fee structure.
  • Registration fees once deposited will not be refunded.
  • Smoking, Consumption of alcohol and drug abuse is prohibited within the campus of Disha Academy.
